feat: UI / layout updates (#271)

* feat: Enhance UI/layout, update Atlas content and design system, and resolve various display issues

* Layout & UI Improvements
  * Fixes for topbar (centering, active navigation, default closed width, padding).
   * Introduce options for topbar bottom border and sidebar border.
   *  Add design properties for background toggle and color.
* Bug Fixes
  * Resolve duplicate menu issues.
  * Fix scroll container regions z-index issues to prevent element competition.
* Maintenance:
 * Changelog updates and typo fixes.

* update combobox styling

* update exclusion vars and branch

* use grid topbar wrapper on topbar layout

* update screenshots and test

* update test project path and changelog
