minor fix

• edit readme.md
• edit install.md
• edit OsName Windows to windows (lowercase)
• add example

This important because:

• MTS dont have example to prove that what is MTS, and How good is MTS
• all *.md is less of explanation and poor markdown style
• make consistance OsName on windows (lowercase)

this should merged, imo.

Cant merge this as it would break all windows actions. The vast majority of changes consists of changing "Windows" to "windows". However the OS object returns uppercase "Windows"
