Updates Asciidoctor Maven Plugin and it's dependencies to fix remaining CVE-2022-24823.
It also renamed the existing related version properties to follow Maven conventions, clarification and to align with the MicroProfile (platform) project configuration.
NOTE: I checked usage of this versions in issue #63 before: There is no external use at that time, only internal one in this repo - so it can be changed without breaking something.
This is a fix for the remaining CVE only, extracted from PR #66, that will be updated when this fix is done. MicroProfile (platform) got an similar fix here already and will get a separate PR to align versions there too.
