Add rainbow text to custom word

Created a reusable RainbowText component for styling text with rainbow gradient and applied it to all instances of the word custom across documentation files. Updated files: custom-domain.mdx, custom-scripts.mdx, custom-404-page.mdx, quickstart.mdx, organize/settings.mdx, organize/pages.mdx

Overview
Introduces a reusable RainbowText MDX snippet that renders inline text with a rainbow gradient.

Updates several documentation pages to import RainbowText and wrap occurrences of the word “custom” (including within headings, links, and inline words like “customize”), and also tweaks frontmatter metadata in organize/pages.mdx and organize/settings.mdx.
