Document root property for groups

Added documentation for the new root property in navigation groups. This property allows groups to have a dedicated landing page that users navigate to when clicking the group title.

Changes

• Updated Groups section to list root as an optional field
• Added example showing root property usage in the main groups configuration
• Created new "Root page" subsection explaining the feature and its behavior
