This PR adds two options
MD_HTML_FLAG_MATHJAXandMD_HTML_FLAG_MATHJAX_USE_DOLLAR:MD_HTML_FLAG_MATHJAXis enabled, it will output\(,\),\[,\]instead of<x-equation>in html output;$,$$instead of<x-equation>in html output.This makes mathjax works natively on such html output.
