For me "the end of" is implicit when you talk about Q3. Otherwise, you would have said Q2.

Depends. I heard people arguing about this in review meetings: Begin of Q2, in Q2 or at the end of Q2?

I'm adding this to the milestone of today's phone meeting, with the intention that we discuss how to ask for the language group's support to push for proceeding with this MCP by convincing managements to allocate the necessary resources for working on test implementations. I'm hoping that it wouldn't need to be more complicated than @HansOlsson adding a poll here in the form of a comment where people can react with thumbs up/down until some deadline.

That way the responsible person can directly respond if needed. (But will see if it works.)
