feat(nimbus): QA testplan and testrail links

Because

• We want to allow QA to enter the test plan and test rail links separately instead of adding that in the comments, where it is not clearly visible

This commit

• Adds the option in QA edit section to enter QA testplan and TestRail links
• This will allow to show the links on the feature page in QA section

Test scenarios/suites should be capitalized Test Scenarios/Suites 🙏

And fields that store urls should probably be labeled as such ie _url in the field name and URL in the field label in the forms
