Description

This PR improves the title of Renovate PRs that apply patch updates. Currently, these PRs use ⬆️🪝, also when the PRs include a mix of pre-commit and GitHub Actions updates (see, for example, munich-quantum-toolkit/qmap#887). This PR changes the emojis to ⬆️🩹.
