This push is a modification of the README in order to cater for the changes already submitted. In addition the code contains a minor cleanup (removal of code that is commented out) in programs isubaregion and isubaregion_modified
I am unsure if everything after the note should be removed. If not then it should be updated.
I also includes a small update of the scripting for the bioflags.
