Update Go version for building bunny to Go v1.25.4 and the Go module dependencies of bunny. Signed-off-by: Charalampos Mainas <cmainas@nubificus.co.uk>

Update the version of GO to build bunny and consequently the linter version. Furthermore, migrate the linter configuration file to the newer version.
