v0.1.0: Who let the dogs out

This is the first public release of dog! At this point, it has the following features:

• Runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Understands sixteen record types: A, AAAA, CAA, CNAME, HINFO, LOC, MX, NAPTR, NS, OPT, PTR, SOA, SRV, SSHFP, TLSA, and TXT
• Can use the UDP, TCP, DNS-over-TLS, and DNS-over-HTTPS network transports

The releases are signed using minisign. The public key is available on my website. I just realised I should make it available over DNS somehow.
