extract dpi files from list of input sv files and compile them with ccomp into single library used then in vsim command

Riviera do not allow to pass C DPI files as arguments for SV compilation "vlog" command.
As a workaround changes extracts dpi files from list of input sv files and compile them with ccomp into single library used then in vsim command.
