Nagivate between daily notes and weekly notes as well

I would like to use the same set of hotkeys to navigate between daily notes, weekly notes, and notes that have previous property, instead of using 3 sets of hotekys. Therefore I made these changes.

features

• able to navigate between daily note and weekly note
• setting to disable the above feature
• setting to set daily note format (e.g. DD-MM-YY, YYYY-MM-DD etc), and setting to set weekly note format
• setting to set daily note and weekly note folder

implementation

• created lib/settings.ts for the settings
• settings are passed from main.ts
• modified needed functions to take settings parameter
• modified getPreviousNote and getNextNote to include daily notes and weekly notes
