Upgrade Karaf to 4.4.10

• Upgrade Karaf from 4.4.9 to 4.4.10.
  This includes upgrades for the following libraries:
  • pax-logging from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2
• Revert "Downgrade karaf-maven-plugin to 4.4.8"
  This reverts commit c6c4eb0.

There are 2 itests failing.
Mielecloud seems to fail starting the service (not sure if only in itest)
Mqtt.ruuvigateway seems to have issues loading translations properly.
I have now disables both to confirm everything else passes CI.

Btw: It might be unrelated, but we are still on bndtools 7.1.0 for add-ons repo, whereas core has already moved to 7.2.1.
I had similar issues with failing tests and this was still blocking me to proceed.

@wborn Something is still odd. The resolver behaves differently on GHA nodes compared to my local system. It is not only the typical few libs which are sometimes added or missing (maybe fpr Windows/Linux/whatever reasons).
commons-codec and pax-logging-api and logback seem to be affected.

@wborn Thanks for the support. I think we should merge, otherwise addon devs are blocked.

I will have a look what is wrong about the Mielecloud test. Home assistant test seems to depend on timing/load, I got a proposal created by the AI. And I am still not convinced if reading the strings is good.

Let me create an issue later.
