8368866: compiler/codecache/stress/UnexpectedDeoptimizationTest.java intermittent timed out

Backporting JDK-8368866: compiler/codecache/stress/UnexpectedDeoptimizationTest.java intermittent timed out.

This PR increases default timeout from 120 (implicit) to 240 seconds to ensure stable execution when running concurrently.

For parity with Oracle JDK.

Ran related tests on linux-x64, linux-aarch64, macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:

make test TEST=test/hotspot/jtreg/compiler/codecache/stress/UnexpectedDeoptimizationTest.java
