Our move from per-project git repos to a monorepo surfaced a hurdle with the way builders and projects are related in LP. Namely that LP does not allow sharing a git repo between several projects (even though the UI might suggest so). We therefore needed to set up builder recipes differently under a central project, which makes the recipe setup supported by charmed-openstack-info obsolete. Therefore I propose to delete the ceph section from the info data.

Yes, those are manually managed for now. Long-term I would like to go with remote building from the CI but there's some bits missing before we can do that

FYI, once this gets merged the ceph charms are effectively fully off from our management, we (openstack charmers) won't be doing any operations on your (ceph team) behalf, since all what we relies on this index.
