- remove japan part from the OSM download script as it doesn't seem to be a separate file anymore
- a few fixes to get the geodata package running again

Don't see mirrors anymore, load balancing might have been delegated to infrastructure provider

Some coordinates in the latest data are in the form of (latitude, longitude, altitude)
