- Removes hardcoded configuration for the proof presentation request id
- Integrates environment variable FRONTEND_KC_PRES_REQ_CONF_ID
- Updates docker-compose.yaml to use 'showcase-person' instead of 'test-proof' collection in FRONTEND_KC_PRES_REQ_CONF_ID variable
