- Bump AWS SDK dependencies to version 3.975.0 for improved functionality and security. - Update `aws-sdk` to version 2.1693.0. - Refactor test imports to use local paths instead of the `@serverless/test` package for better modularity. - Adjust integration and unit tests to reflect the new import paths. - Update `lint-staged` and `mocha` versions for enhanced linting and testing capabilities.

Ideally in the near future we can also get rid of the @serverless/utils dependency.
