20/02/2015 --- Update some references dlls to MVC5 and VS2013
23/02/2015 --- Add two js files to solve date validation problem. When I add new invoice, the date validation alwayse return false, because of the different culture info, add two js library per NuGet in VS2013.(Globalize.js and Globalize.culture.en-AU.js)
