What does this PR aim to accomplish?:

On this section we installed Cloudflared using apt.
However, on this section we never do apt remove or apt purge for Cloudflared.

How does this PR accomplish the above?:

This PR just adds 1 line to make sure Cloudflared gets purged from the system.
