This PR makes the timing aspect of the merch messages work.
Merch messages start off at 180 seconds and will count down on every timing update.
The timer does not get reset when told to show - it will count down from 180 seconds and when it reaches zero it will show. (ty Linus, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGYx38AdJag)
