Thanks for another great contribution 👍 I just merged a bunch of updates along with the fix for publishing. I'll look into it this week. Will try to look for a work around the raw data types, but if I can't find anything I'm fine merging as is as long as they remain private. |

Sorry for the delay @agilesteel ! I finally found a moment to work on it and came up with a little refactor to eliminate some of the raw types. The tests are green. Please test it locally if you have a use case for it, otherwise I'll merge and release it tomorrow. |

Cool and no worries! Feel free to release it. I won't be able to test quickly. I have some other blockers before I can get to it. |

Note: those
Rawclasses are required because Scala 2 macros doesn't pick up custom codecs so I opted for this solution. I tried a couple of variations and chose this one in the end.
