This PR polishes the workflow to publish releases. After the crates.io token in the repo is updated, the PR should be triggered once more for tag v1.0.0.
If this succeeds (apart from upload errors due to already existing packages), the version should be bumped to v1.0.1, the PR (squash) merged, and tag v1.0.1 be pushed.
After changing the version, the two lockfiles should be regenerated as well: Cargo.lock and package-lock.json.
