Qrapids Dashboard Demo Docker 1.3

-Updated dashboard version to 1.3
-Updated forecasting components
-Fixed several issues

NOTE: Due to incompatibilities with the old dashboard's versions, you should purge the old demo docker before installing this one.

Installation is still simple as simple as unzipping, opening a command prompt on the unzipped "Demo Docker" root directory and typing "docker-compose up".
