Project Description

This project is a Spring Boot application designed for managing student data, marks, and subjects. It includes user authentication and authorization using Spring Security, allowing for different levels of access (e.g., authenticated users, administrators).

Getting Started

Installation

    git clone <repository_url>
    cd Java-Seminar-Homework/demo
  2. Build the project:

    mvn clean install
  3. Run the application:

    mvn spring-boot:run

    The application will typically run on http://localhost:8080.

Usage

  • Home Page (/): Accessible to all, displays general information and images.
  • Login Page (/login): Users can log in with their credentials.
  • Register Page (/register): New users can create an account.
  • Authenticated Pages (/home, /contact, /datamenu/**, /charts, /crud/students/**): Accessible after successful login.
  • Admin Pages (/admin/**): Accessible only to users with the ADMIN role.
