Adds a build script along with documentation that should automatically build BrickStore as long as the developer has all of the prerequisite installs.

I tweaked and tested the script a ton and it should be solid.
I wasn't sure if you want the documentation for building on the website or on GitHub, so I made the readme for it separate and linked it in the README.md.
