The question for this is whether the ask for an implementer is included within the team ask. The weird part about saying "yes" is that the team signs off on the team ask but they aren't signing off on providing the implementer. |

I would expect that they would, in the course of deciding who to supply; essentially, that person would be the champion from that team. |

@epage I would think the compiler team provides the champion -- the implementor would just be someone that the champion is happy to work with. |
