Maybe t-infra for help with PGO/BOLT/LTOing the distributed Cranelift?

For a quick review, maybe? Help doesn’t seem necessary otherwise, that task sounds easy enough.

Hmm, LTO is easy, but PGO and BOLT definitely requires quite non-trivial changes to bootstrap and opt-dist. Not to mention that we don't have CI capacity for it at the moment, so we'd either have to do some optimizations there or move forward with switching to a self-hosted hardware runner for the x64 Linux dist job.
