We're starting a new flagship theme called "Low Level Systems". That will cover Rust for Linux as well as any other similar work in the future. For example, CPython may well be added here. We'll split the original R4L goal into several goals tracking individual features.
They're missing the descriptions and we need to double-check the team asks for each.

This replaces the "Rust for Linux: Language Features" goal with a roadmap and turns each individual subtask into a separate goal.
We're linking these along with all the existing goals related to Rust for Linux (field projections, in-place init and supertrait auto impl) to the roadmap too.
