Current Projects

  • Building a nonlinear quadcopter modeling and control framework to explore feedback strategies for stable and responsive flight.
  • Applied Semi-Definite Programming to synthesize attitude controllers that satisfy operational constraints, including exclusion and inclusion zones for sensitive payloads.
  • Implemented a quaternion-based attitude control system for real-time satellite orientation, geographic pointing, and target tracking in MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Developed a drag-augmentation concept for small satellites and used Ansys STK simulations to assess de-orbit performance and analyze design tradeoffs.
