Uses resolver to find asset folder instead of assuming node_modules based
Also bumps the versions of webpack and css-loader (using
npm audit fix --force) to fix several reported vulnerabilities in upstream deps and updates to latest version of shoelace. I found both of these were necessary to make the project build without errors.Fixes #5
