The endpoint_proxy test was failing on macOS CI with a race condition where the dmsg listener wasn't ready when the proxy client attempted to connect. Added a 100ms delay at the start of the test to allow the listener to be established before the client attempts to connect.
Add 200ms delay after creating HTTP clients to allow dmsg sessions to stabilize before sending concurrent requests. This prevents 'session shutdown' and 'stream closed' errors on macOS where concurrent requests could race with session establishment.
