This PR addressing the request, to have an option to set a custom process-name in SyslogBuilder.
We've tested it using manual testing. To try it just write a small helper program, include the syslog-slog crate, and set in
SyslogBuilder::new().process("name".into())The process-name should be
name. If.process()is not used it will default to the filename of the program-binary.
