This will not exclude anything that is in the same namespace as the k8s collector. The other configurations collect only the config map.

The collector widget doesn't work when the manifest file with collector config is filtered out. This patch replaces the namespace filter in the manifest pipeline with one that will always collect the collector configmap, even when the namespace should be filtered out.
The configmap is identified by the following attributes:
k8s.configmap.labels.swo.cloud.solarwinds.com/config-type
k8s.configmap.annotations.swo.cloud.solarwinds.com/cluster-uid
