The issue was that I forgot to add the service annotation to the DataBaseController and OpenAIAPIController classes, backend should now start

testRevokeConsent and testNewUserCreated work, but I need to change the code in SpringController.Java as 3 users are generated each time createChat is called, which causes testCreateChat to fail.
