This PR updates several parts of the README file that were out of date. Most importantly, the text implied that the plugin only works with Spyder 5.0. The screen shot also showed a ten-year old version of Spyder. Finally, I changed the installation section to warn against installing the plugin with pip.

Also, specify that we want at least version 20 of node.js. The version number is fairly arbitrary, but for some reason, the GitHub workflow installed an old version of node.js on Linux, causing the installation of the JavaScript dependencies to fail. Thus, we force a more recent version.

Fixes #508

* Do not mention version numbers of dependencies because they are out of date and I keep forgetting to update them.
* Installations using pip often do not work properly.
* Update badges.
* Minor changes to language and formatting.
Replace previous picture showing a very old version of Spyder
with a new picture showing the latest version.
