Good start. Seems like we're missing a couple of initiatives. IMO it would be great to have more specific Product & Engineering OKRs. I also don't see anything related to our ML team roadmap. Unclear to me what are the differences between company vs team OKRs .

IMO this is not an initiative, just a task.

According to our documentation linked on our Methodology:
Initiatives describe the work required to influence Key Results. In contrast to Key Results, which clearly measure progress toward an Objective, Initiatives are just hypothesis for what work might deliver the biggest impact. Initiatives are tasks, projects, or similar activities related to an OKR without having a direct connection to the Objective’s progress.
I don't believe there's a problem if we don't have anything more "complex" to add as Initiative.
What do you think?

I think that this discussion should happen as part of the OKR planning so that the initiative in the OKR is higher level not necessarily complex.

As is Company and Team OKRs seem redundant to me. "Deliver a unified product experience" is both a company and a team objective with a very different set of initiatives under. Should we all have teams OKRs ? In the case of Marketing / Sales, they would be identical to Company ones.

Yes, all teams involved on Company OKRs should have their Team OKRs, but to be honest we didn't have that much of an engagement with the OKRs this quarter, although I tried asking to update. The way out I found was to push the PR and see if we get more movement from here.

Would be great to be more specific and prioritize the ones we know customers want.

Should we be more specific i.e out of the box quality dashboard with new metrics x,y,z ?

This is the PR for the 4Q 2019 OKRs.
I count with @eiso @vcoisne @smola to improve what's missing and also create the epics for the Initiatives. We need this ASAP.
