I think it would help if there was a comment saying that the Hope this gets merged soon, and the self-hosting documentation updated accordingly as this seems to be affecting quite a lot of users. |

COOKIE_DOMAINto env file avoid issues #3770 and #3635 on clean install.Maybe the documentation should be changed accordingly.
