I have now fixed those error messages and tested the app on both linux and windows. It is ready for you.

the OpenFRET converter does not save the output into the directory with the data. Seems like it goes into a temporary location? Log output is below:

Hello Dan, Now I no more save the files in the local directory, all is saved under "OpenFRET_conversions" within the same folder as the converted .traces file. Thank you very much!
