    • start new paragraph at 2.2.4
  • bi-np5
    • make 1.16-1.19 one paragraph
  • bu-np24
    • remove extra vertical whitespace before segment 2.9
    • un-indent segments 2.10-2.17
  • bu-np27
    • remove hr before 2.27
    • unindent two paragraphs 2.30-2.37
  • bu-np30
    • make 2.23.1-2.25 one paragraph
