Move the Governing Board / Community meeting from 09:00a-09:30a PST to 09:30a-10:00a PST (30 minutes later). This change is proposed to accommodate a scheduling conflict for one of the board members with a personal commitment (daycare pickup). The new time (09:30a PST / 6:30 PM CET) should still work well for all current board members across US and European time zones.

Motivation
This change is proposed to accommodate a scheduling conflict for one of the board members with a personal commitment (daycare pickup). The current 09:00a PST time (6:00 PM CET) conflicts with picking up my daughter from daycare.
Impact
The new time (09:30a PST / 6:30 PM CET) should still work well for all current board members across US and European time zones:
