I'm sure most users stumbling over this project just want to run
cargo installand build from source.Fortunately, this can be done without publishing to crates.io, using the
--gitoption to pull the source code directly from a public git repo:cargo install --git https://github.com/terhechte/postsack.gitThis PR adds this install option to the README
