Rearrange event info tab and show webcast dates#1073

Reorder Info tab: location name and address now appear together, website moves below address. Add date field to Webcast model (from TBA API v3.8) and display it on webcast links as "(Sat, Feb 21)" so users can distinguish webcasts for different days.
