在 #3957 的基础上开发的。
这个是保守版本的修改。
我还做了个更多修改的：把 node 和 web 环境共用的代码也抽离出来了。但这这么做会让旧组件的代码没办法在新的核心运行。就没放到这个提交。等后面版本隔离的部分完善后再把另一部分提交上来。
