Added GC reporting to fastq_peek, doesn't work cause no bc in venv

Description

This update adds calculation of GC content for a set of reads, although it doesn't work because there is no bc in the AWS virtual environment so really, you shouldn't merge this because it doesn't work.

Ran against the provided sample fastq, it does not work as expected.
