Introduces support for embedding files into PDFs across Chromium, LibreOffice, and PDF engine routes via new `embeds` options. Adds helper for processing embed files, updates API methods to include embedded files, and documents usage in the README. Includes comprehensive tests for embedding files during conversion, post-processing, and ZUGFeRD/Factur-X compliance.
