Renames the
tiger service describecommand totiger service get(wheredescribeandshoware both aliases forget), and renames theservice_showMCP tool toservice_get, for consistency.Also renames the other planned
show/describecommands in the specs, for consistency (e.g.tiger vpc describe->tiger vpc get, etc.)
