bugfix: Added missing gig statuses

Tried to login and check my gig status but gigs list was failing to load. There were missing gig statuses that weren't considered in the front end. This pr fixes the issue.

Do you mean you can't see your gigs on product environment or in develop environment ? If it's prod environment, please apply gig opportunity from here: https://www.topcoder.com/gigs
